INTRODUCTION TO BOARD EXAMS: 10th and 12th Results
The Indian constitution has a fundamental right i.e. Cultural and Educational Right that promotes the education system in India and makes education a necessary asset and right to every child born in the country. The HRD Ministry conducts examinations for all levels of schooling including the board exams, alteration of curriculum, education policies, scholarships etc.
The CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) is the largest body involved in conducting exams for all public and government school which are approved by the Central government of India. The CBSE is a union body engaged in setting and organizing board examination held in March and provides results in the month of May. The students appearing for the 10th and 12th board examinations pay heed to the notifications provided by the Central board and rest of the work is performed by the CBSE.

In South India, the commonly known Board exams are termed as ‘Secondary School Leaving Certificate’. This certificate is obtained after the completion of the tenth board examinations. The SSLC examinations coincide with the Central Board and conduct examination during March-April and declare the result during the month of May. Tamil Nadu SSLC Examination
The Tamil Nadu board is the biggest and oldest board in India. Also known as ‘Tamil Nadu Board of Secondary Education’ (TNBSE), it is the only department under the Education Government of Tamil Nadu. It is established in 1910, with its headquarters in Chennai. It is engaged in organizing 10th and 12th class board examination every year. The board is responsible for conducting examinations twice a year, for both 10th and 12th class.
Karnataka SSLC Examination
The ‘Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board’ (KSEEB) was established on 1966 and has its headquarters in Bengaluru. The board is responsible to conduct Secondary and Higher Secondary examinations along with other examinations. The board conducts examinations for the failed students in 10th class and schedules dates during June so that the students may continue their studies without a gap. The board boosts the students by felicitating them.
Kerala SSLC Examination
